For your protection and ours these rules and regulations have been created and must be followed and adhered to at all times.

Capacity of Party Room is 150 Persons

DEPOSITS

A 50% Deposit is Required to hold your desired date. A credit card is required for rental of Celebrations as for any expenses incurred for excessive or extra cleanup costs or damages resulting from the use of Celebrations facilities by you or your guests. Your credit card will be charged if any damages or extra cleanup is required, the amount of which will be determined by Celebrations in it’s sole discretion. Deposit WILL NOT be refunded if can celled after 30 days, or after moving the event date more than once.

PAYMENTS

A security deposit must be received to confirm your reservations. BALANCE IS DUE TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE EVENT! If the payment is submitted after two weeks prior to the event ONLY CASH will be accepted. A$25.00 charge will be assessed to all returned checks.

DAMAGES

DO NOT LEAN TABLES OR CHAIRS AGAINST THE WALLS AT ANY TIME (If the walls has to be repainted due to this you will be held responsible.

You as the representative of the event scheduled take responsibility for any and all Damages to Celebrations facilities, furniture or equipment caused by your guests, or any third parties, whether caused intentionally, negligently or otherwise, which occurs during the rental period, or, is in any other way connected with, or a result of the use of Celebrations. The representative (you) further agree to pay for all fees and costs, including attorney fees, incurred by Celebrations in recovering of collecting for any such damages.

You are responsible for any damages caused by your guests. Any party consisting of 100 guests or more, a Security Guard will be required. You may select your own Licensed Security or Celebrations can assist in providing this service for you at an additional charge.

The representative in his or her individual capacity, also agrees to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD HARMLESS Celebrations, its, owners, agents, employees, representatives, heirs assigns, predecessors or successors in interest, from all claims, suits obligations or causes of action, either legal of equitable, arising from the use of Celebrations facilities by the representative, or their guests or function for which said facilities are rented. The representative further agrees to pay any and all costs, including attorney fees, which Celebrations, its owners, agents, employees heirs, assigns predecessors or successors in interest, incurs from any and all such claims, suits obligations or causes of action, either legal or equitable.

CIGARETTES AND CONTROL SUBSTANCES

Celebrations will allow you to bring your own Alcohol. You may select to use our Bartender to serve your Alcohol for an additional charge. No alcoholic beverage will be served to anyone under the age of 21. If you or your guests violate any Rules and Regulations set by Celebrations you may be asked to leave the facility immediately.

The representative agrees that smoking and/ or use of any tobacco product, including but not limited to, chewing tobacco, SHALL NOT be allowed inside by you or your guests or third parties individuals. The representative or guests agrees that alcoholic beverages SHALL NOT be served to minors or to those persons who appear to be intoxicated. The representative or guest agrees that no controlled substances of any kind shall be allowed on the Celebrations premises at any time. ANY BREACH OF THIS PROVISION SHALL BE GROUNDS FOR THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF FUNCTION AND OF THE ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS RIGHT TO USE CELEBRATIONS FACILITIES AND FURTHER, SHALL RESULT IN THE FORFEIT OF ALL MOINES OR DEPOSITS PAID BY THE REPRESENTATIVE TO CELEBRATIONS, AND EXERCISE OF SUCH OTHER LEGAL REMEDIES AS MAY BE APPROPRIATE.

GENERAL POLICY

SET PROCEDURE

You have 1 hour to set up for your event. Example if you have an event from 7pm until 12am you can start setting up a 6pm.

CLEAN PROCEDURE

Once your event is over the representative is expected to leave the facility as it was open arrival. This includes setting tables and chairs back in the storage room. Removing all decorations, food and drinks from the refrigerator and kitchen. Putting all of the trash in the trash bin outside (trash must be in garbage bags provided). If your caterer leaves a mess it is your responsibility to clean it up. A clean up fee of $50.00 will be required for every event no exceptions. Please make sure that your guests discard of any left over food and trash in the Trash Cans. Celebrations will be responsible for all other Cleanup. Any miscellaneous items must be removed before leaving. Celebrations will not be responsible to assume “ANY LIABILITY” for any items left at the end of your event.

CELEBRATIONS, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO, OR REFUSE TO RENT ITS FACILITIES TO ANY INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, OR ORGANIZATION. Celebrations further reserves the right to cancel any reservation for reasons other than those enumerated above, as its discretion and without notice. Celebrations will refund any money paid by the renter with the exception of the reservation fee, within seventy-two (72) hours of such a cancellation.

PRICING

All other Events on Monday thru Thursday will be scheduled at a (3) hour minimum. Any time “stayed over” after your scheduled hours, you will be charged an additional rate of $125.00 per hour.

When planning your party, you may schedule your event for any (5) Hour time span. You will be given an additional (1) Hour to decorate for your event. Any additional time stayed over after your scheduled hours, you will be charged an additional rate of $125.00 per hour.

If you have scheduled an Event and your date falls on a HOLIDAY, we will be happy to accommodate your event. An additional rate may apply for all Events scheduled on Holidays.

All Evening Events must be concluded by 12:00 A.M. All music must be turned down by 10:30 P.M. as per Mobile Noise Ordinance. Any and all Events after 12:00 A.M. will require special notice.

REGULATIONS FOR USE OF CELEBRATIONS

NO TAPE, TACKS OR ANYTHING ELSE ON THE WALL!!!!

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED.

NO LOITERING OR LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.

DO NOT BLOCK EMERGENCY FIRE EXITS

ALL TRASH IS TO BE PUT IN GARBAGE BAGS (PROVIDED) AND PUT OUTSIDE IN GARBAGE BIN.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME

TURN A/C OFF WHENEVER YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING
